The Esteemed Committee members meet regularly to :

• Monitor various day to day activities of the Hostels and Messes as per the academic schedule
• Ensure the quality of food / mess for hostel boarders (consumed by Committee members)
• Propose new projects and plans for the provision of infrastructural facilities at the hostels
• Planning for provision of better boarding and mess facilities to the hostel boarders
• Organizing various celebrations at Hostels and Messes such as Bonalu festival, Bathukamma festival, Teej festival, Holi, Christmas celebrations, EID festival, Hostel Day, etc
• Planning and execution of various awareness programs on Health and Nutrition, cyber safety and security, self-defense programs, Yoga and meditation classes, Health camps related to Eye and Dental care, Cancer screening tests, Haemoglobin tests, etc to the Hostel Boarders
• Improvise the measures of safety and security of the students.
• Raise CSR funds or donations from potential donors to improve the basic infrastructural and kitchen facilities at UG & PG Hostels and Messes.
