ERP Cell

The ERP Cell works on the application of the Winnou’sonEdu Automation software. The main motto of the ERP Cell is to support the functioning of the ERP Automation System so in order to facilitate the Attendances and Faculty’s Logins. The ERP Cell acts as a channel of communication and dialogue between the Stakeholder and its users.

Key Functions of the ERP Cell

1. Upload of time table and calendar of event to ERP after approval from Academic Calendar
2. Mapping of Theory subjects labs to individual faculties in ERP based on allotment of subjects
3. Allotment of students to each section, Creation of batches and allotment of faculties to each batch in ERP based on time table
4. Monitoring student data entered by faculties to assure proper documentation such as attendance, IA marks, Other assessment marks, Continuous evaluation marks, Practical End exam marks and Project marks
5. Communicate with all stake holders through SMS/Whatsapp alerts for various purpose as informed by the university management.
6. To obtain student feedback at the end of every semester
