The student’s grievance redressal mechanism ensures the effective monitoring of student well-being and prompt redressal of grievances; The following mechanisms have been established in this direction
Two Youth Welfare Officers have been designated to address student-related concerns and grievances. Their contact details have been widely circulated among student groups to ensure accessibility and timely support.
Students may submit their concerns through the Grievance Reporting Form available on the University website (https://www.oucwkoti.ac.in/). A dedicated “Grievances” link is provided in the footer of the homepage, which directs users to an online form for registering complaints.
Suggestion boxes have been installed at prominent locations across various University blocks to facilitate the submission of feedback, suggestions, and grievances.
Periodic meetings with Class Representatives (CRs) are conducted to enable direct interaction between the administration and student groups, ensuring that student concerns are effectively communicated and addressed.
The University periodically organises student awareness and interaction programmes to promote engagement, enhance understanding of institutional support systems, and strengthen communication with student groups. In addition, various competitions and participatory activities are conducted from time to time to foster rapport, encourage student involvement, and build a cohesive academic community.
These measures collectively strengthen institutional responsiveness and promote a supportive and inclusive academic environment
